Slash and Axl sitting in a tree…

Is Slash trying to get back in Guns N’ Roses? Cause it sure looks like it.

We may have had our differences and this and that and the other, but I will never undermine the fact that I thought Guns N’ Roses, when it was originally together, was one of the best rock bands, and Axl has always in my mind been one of the best frontmen/lyricists in rock and roll, period. […] I had a Top 5, Axl would be in there. And John Lennon

Read full interview here.

O RLY?? Wasn’t Slash hating Axl‘s guts a few years ago, now he’s giving him compliments left and right? Is he trying to get back into GNR, cause it sure looks this way, from where I’m standing. Granted, I’m currently sitting on the toilet, so I’m not technically standing, but you know what I mean.

Shocking: Axl does an interview

Damn news is slow this time of year. Especially at a weekend. I mean why else would I be writing about Axl Rose? Regardless, this piece of news is pretty shocking though. I mean, when was the last time Axl Rose did an interview? When was the last time any one actually wanted to interview him? 1992? This is probably more shocking than Axl turning up on time for a gig. Or someone proclaiming that Guns N’ Roses are still relevant, despite now having twice as many members as Slipknot, but with worse masks.

Anyways, the interview is a complete yawn-fest, but incase you want to read it, you can do so here.

The Rolling Stones appeared in Rolling Stone

Mick Jagger and Keith Richards topped Rolling Stone’s “The 11 Greatest Rock Feuds” top, because Keith made fun of Mick‘s tiny unit and all of that. Axl Rose and Slash came at number 10, surprisingly, but how can that be? At least Keith and Mick are still working together.

Anyways, go here and see the whole top. Watch out, it’s got one of those annoying image sliders… But we couldn’t be bothered to type all of it for you don’t want to spoil the list for you, so click them arrows and stop expecting us to do everything. Jesus fucking Christ.

Axl Rose in Guitar Hero battle

A legal battle that is (anyone surprised?). It seems Axl Rose, after three years, has decided that now is the right time to sue Activision over the use of the Guns ‘N Roses classic, Welcome To The Jungle, in the game, Guitar Hero III: Heroes Of Rock. Rose is obviously scraping the barrel of people left he can sue, since the game came out way back in 2007.

According to Metal Hammer, Axl claims that he had an agreement with Activision, who release the Guitar Hero games, that they could use the track only on the condition that they would not feature either Slash or Velvet Revolver in the game.

That reminds me, my baby is currently throwing its toys out the pram, so I’ll have to finish this post now sorry.

Axl Rose's dressing room

Ever wondered what Axl Rose‘s dressing room looks like? No, me neither.

Does he have photgraphs of former Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Slash hanging on the walls? Does he have some Vagisil cream? Or some tampons? Maybe a hair braiding kit?

All of these questions can be answered after the jump.
