Live Review: Six Feet Under 04-04-2011
When Six Feet Under announced their new lineup, which now includes three members of Chimaira, and then shortly afterwards announced a short tour with a stop in Cologne, I just had to get a ticket. Because I live one hour away from that city. A week before the gig, Debauchery were added to the touring lineup as special guests.
Check out my live review after the jump. All the pictures included in this article were either taken by me or a friend of mine.
Young kids and instruments
This kid’s got style. Look at him not even looking at the kit. He’s got the demeanor of a professional drummer, but the sound of an awful one. He’d kill in Metallica.
But fail in any other band.

Tuesday Trivia: Napalm Death are educational
This is just too weird not to get a mention on this website. Apparently, there is a clip on YouTube of Napalm Death appearing on a musical/educational TV program.
What’s the big deal about that? Well, make the jump and find out.
Volbeat release new video
As some of you might know, I’m someone who’s always encouraging fans of hard music to experiment with new, different types of artists. I think Volbeat is a band people should check out. They just released their latest video, ‘16 Dollars,‘ and the song comes off their fourth studio album, “Beyond Hell/Above Heaven.”
Volbeat definitely have a unique sound to them. A lot of you are probably already fans, while a lot of you probably aren’t too familiar. They’re obviously a metal band. A metal band that has a lot of musical influences, most notably a huge rockabilly sound…
Don’t be a fool and check out this band! Give the latest Volbeat video a chance after the jump.
Dirty Woman Pain
Pain, forerunners of the current stupidest band name awards, have released a brand new song for streaming on their Facebook page. The song, titled Stupid Woman, comes from the band’s seventh album, You Only Live Twice, scheduled for release on June 3 via Nuclear Blast Records.
Blabbermouth have all the additional information regarding the album, I on the other hand, have nothing but a large ego penis and a self diagnosis for laziness. If you’re wondering who Pain are though, and why you should check them out, they are fronted by none other than Peter Tägtgren of the brilliant Hypocrisy.
